Cobra is excited to feature their Zambezi brass taps in the up and coming Bridge City Towers development

Something exciting has been brewing in the eThekwini Municipality – the Bridge City mall development. A development that aims to link local communities to an entire urban system, creating 8000 on-site jobs and thousands more during project construction jobs.  LIXIL Africa is excited to be included in this turnkey development, and as of April 2023, Cobra brassware will be installed in the Bridge City Towers.

Instratin Properties (Pty) Ltd commenced this development in July 2022, with the development of the four Bridge City Towers commencing in January 2023, all four towers will be built simultaneously.  

LIXIL Africa won the project with our quality, yet cost-effective Cobra Zambezi brassware which is to be utilised throughout the four Bridge City Towers. 

Cobra Zambezi brassware will be installed in units, floor by floor as the towers are developed. Each tower has nine floors, with the ground floor catering for disability access and disability-accessible apartments.  

With a total of 1130 units, ranging from studio to two-bedroom apartments, the local community will have access to every day moments with Cobra brassware products – this is a project that we are incredibly proud to be a part of.

Mutesal Consulting is the architect and engineering company behind this development, and Habitat Property Management will handle facility management once the development is complete and accessible to residents and owners. 

A great investment opportunity, encompassing a joint venture between Tongaat Hulett Developments and the eThekwini Municipality – this development is set to improve the value and infrastructure of the local municipality, connecting local community members to urban living.
